DIY: Do-It-Yourself: Transform Old Okay, I admit it: I have hard-to-fit feet. Wide, with a high arch and shortish toes (yes, they are funny-looking), it is nearly impossible for me to find a good-looking, non-sport sandal that doesn't leave blisters by the end of the day. This shoe, though, fits very comfortably. The front three straps are leather-lined for stability and just close enough together that my stubby little pinkie toe doesn't push out and get blistered. The back four straps are elastic, so they conform to my feet, and not painfully the other way around. I bought them in pewter, which color I found to have a slight taupe undertone, making it much more neutral and less metallic than the name would imply, and loved them so much I immediately bought another pair in black. The shoe is true to width, but I note that they run long; I normally take either a 7.5W, or I can manage an 8M if the cut is forgiving. The 7.5W in these shoes left nearly a quarter inch of space at the heel; the 7W fit perfectly. So I recommend ordering a half size down.
Look Nice Not very EffectiveThey look nice, but the leather isn't very strong against the elements. Also, my heel gets killed by the back of this shoe, and they are not slip-resistant at all. Published 7 months ago by StrickC4 ?
